The Application Specialist's role is to trouble shoot complicated problems that occur with crushing and screening equipment through diagnosis/repair, personal knowledge and experience, and engineering data in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as "One Professional Team." This function may occur both at customer locations and through distant communications with both customer and Wagner Equipment Company service technicians. Additionally, the Application Specialist will provide on-site training to customer's equipment operators in which all features and benefits of a machine are demonstrated to customers and operators are instructed in the operation of the purchased or rented machine(s). The goal of this training is to result in increased production, maintenance, safety, and customer loyalty. Pay Rate: $73,411.91 - $100,944.53 Annually Pay is based upon education and experience.
