Role Overview:

The Crop Protection Rebate Analystis responsible forensuringaccuratenet cost calculations,maintainingpricing integrity, and managing rebate programs effectively. This role supports reliable program setup, provides pricing oversight, and ensures high-quality data management while partnering cross-functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Data Governance teams. The position focuses on analyzing and managing data related to purchases, sales, rebates, working capital, and total profit margins for Crop Protection products. Through data analysis and reporting, this role drives insights and supports optimized financial performance. The ideal candidate combines analyticalexpertisewith strong collaboration and process improvement capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $92,400- $123,220. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
