Title:

Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management oversight to 24/7 operational support teams, technicians, and vendors, including guidance, training and performance feedback. Ensure all work performed complies with all environmental, health and safety protocols and industry standards.

  • Implement an effective preventive maintenance program, including maintenance scheduling, monitoring environmental controls and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime.

  • Enforce operational and maintenance standards that support contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.

  • Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates

  • Provide rapid response to emergencies and equipment failures to ensure operational continuity and safeguard data integrity. Implement disaster recovery protocols and enforce compliance to maintain operational reliability. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ten (10) years of facilities operations experience

  • Five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities operations and/or maintenance

  • Experience in prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans

  • Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas

  • Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large-scale facilities equipment

  • Demonstrated experience with 24/7 critical operations support

  • Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

  • Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills

  • Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment

  • Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

Basic Compensation:

$107,500- $131,400

This range is for the CO area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
