Responsibilities
Analyze challenges impacting creator perception and define key success metrics. Work closely with teams globally to enhance the company's Global PGC (Professional Generated Content) creator perception. Utilize data on PGC creator behavior to optimize perception-related strategies based on thorough analysis and market research. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless launches of new product features and global initiatives. Gather insights and provide recommendations on strategies to motivate PGC creators to maintain activity and continually enhance the quality of their 1-minute plus content. Apply understanding and experience of internet markets across borders.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Managing partnerships with stakeholders within the social media industry; Assisting live streaming events and serving as operations point of contact, including monitoring the live events; E-commerce experience, including assisting creator agencies in addressing pain points and facilitating localization; Optimizing creator monetization economy, including implementing operational strategies and content optimization to enhance creator content click-to-purchase conversion; Building and streamlining processes and workflows using project management tools; tracking project status and milestones; and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; and Managing data-driven projects or programs. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
