Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of creative initiatives across marketing, brand, campaigns, digital, print, video, content, and internal communications.

This role will guide projects through the full creative lifecycle, from initial intake and planning through final delivery.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment. This individual should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups, anticipating potential roadblocks, and creating structure around complex creative work.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Creative Project Management

Lead creative projects from initial intake and kickoff through development, review, approval, production, final delivery, and project closeout.
Manage a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning brand, integrated campaigns, digital, print, video, content, and internal communications.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that incorporate creative development, production, stakeholder feedback, legal review, revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity, priority, and visibility.
Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep work progressing according to plan.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints and recommend solutions to minimize impact to delivery.

Creative & Production Coordination

Partner with Creative and Strategy leads to translate project briefs and business needs into actionable project plans.
Coordinate workflows across copywriting, design, photography, video, editing, motion graphics, versioning, production, and asset delivery.
Support production planning by establishing milestones, resource requirements, asset needs, dependencies, and handoff expectations.
Ensure final creative assets align with required specifications, formats, versions, and channel requirements.
Facilitate asset handoffs between creative teams, production partners, agencies, media teams, channel owners, and digital asset management teams.

Stakeholder & Workflow Management

Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for assigned creative initiatives.
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and other working sessions.
Provide stakeholders with consistent visibility into project status, timelines, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions.
Gather and consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative teams.
Establish appropriate reviewers and decision makers throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.
Help manage feedback cycles to minimize conflicting direction, late-stage revisions, and unnecessary delays.
Document key decisions, approvals, scope adjustments, action items, and next steps.

Project Operations & Process Improvement

Maintain project management systems, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation to provide visibility across assigned work.
Track deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and outstanding action items.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, communication, efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
Contribute to broader creative operations, agency workflow, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of experience in creative, marketing, advertising, production, or agency project management.
Experience working within an in-house creative team, advertising agency, production agency, or similarly fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows, including stakeholder review and approval processes.
Demonstrated experience managing creative deliverables across multiple channels, including digital, print, campaign, video, content, and brand initiatives.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Ability to translate complex project requirements into clear plans, schedules, priorities, and next steps.
Proficiency with Workfront or a comparable enterprise project management platform.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
