Overview

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Creative Director to lead the visual and conceptual direction for The Marketing Cloud and its portfolio of products. This role will be responsible for shaping how our brand and product stories are expressed across all channels—from go-to-market campaigns and digital experiences to internal communications and events. 

As a senior creative leader, you will bring a fresh perspective to our brand, elevate creative quality, and ensure consistency across a multi-product SaaS environment. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and executive stakeholders to translate business and product strategy into impactful, high-quality creative. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

Strategy & Vision  

  • Define a cohesive creative strategy aligned with brand and business objectives  
  • Translate marketing goals into innovative concepts and executions  
  • Establish creative standards across all brand communications  

Creative Direction  

  • Direct asset development across internal comms, external collateral, web/digital, and event activations  
  • Oversee production from concept through final delivery  
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and external partners  

Brand & Stakeholder Leadership  

  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative briefs and gain alignment  
  • Present concepts and strategies to senior leadership  
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging techniques  

Multi-Channel Execution  

  • Lead integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, video, experiential, and emerging platforms  
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints  

Team & Resource Management  

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team  
  • Oversee freelancers, vendor and agency relationships  
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative creative culture  
Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles, with experience in a leadership capacity within a SaaS or martech environment 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and multi-channel creative work 
  • Proven ability to lead creative strategy and execution across multiple products or business lines 
  • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications 

  • Experience leading creative for multi-product or platform-based businesses 
  • Background in product marketing or close collaboration with product teams 
  • Experience evolving or reimagining brand identity at scale
