Full Job Description
Job Summary:
The Corporate Strategy Analyst supports the development of strategic plans, growth initiatives, market assessments, and business analyses that help guide enterprise decision-making. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to evaluate business opportunities, industry trends, competitive positioning, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
  • Analyze business performance, financial trends, and strategic opportunities
  • Support the development of strategic plans, presentations, and recommendations for leadership
  • Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, investments, acquisitions, or new market opportunities
  • Synthesize data into clear insights and executive-level materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, product, operations, and business leaders
  • Track progress against strategic initiatives and key business priorities
  • Assist with board, executive committee, and leadership meeting materials
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support long-term growth
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, finance, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building financial models and strategic presentations
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus\

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in Financial Services, Technology or a related Industr4y
  • Exposure to M&A, strategic planning, or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $85,000.00- $95,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
