About the Role:We are currently seeking a
"Corporate Safety Director". The ideal candidate leads company-wide safety programs across all projects and worksites, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. This position requires the ability to work 5 days on site either in the office or job site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Promote and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and clients' safety
- requirements.
- Foster and promote a strong safety culture.
- Implement construction and general industry safety programs
- Perform Safety Audits, Safety Management, Safety Training
- Representing the company at safety meetings with clients
- Business Development
- Visit the active construction project sites
- Manages and oversees the Safety Department.
Required Qualifications:- 10+ years of progressive experience in the safety field
- Ability to work 5 days on site either in office or job site
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER
Preferred:- Additional Safety Certification
- Confined Space Entry
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) Certification
- OSHA Hazardous Communication
- OSHA Trainer
Estimated Annual Compensation:Starting at $170,000, depending on experience
