Construction Inspector to join us full-time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Inspect construction work for compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare daily inspection reports, document work completed, and report construction issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and agency representatives.
Required Qualifications:- Construction inspection or related construction experience.
- Experience with public agency, infrastructure, transportation, or building projects, including roadways, sidewalks, bridges, utilities, transit, buildings, parks, and other civil or vertical construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Estimated Annual Compensation:Starting $80,000+ annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
