Full Job Description
You will:
  • Lead the Executive Reporting Pillar: Serve as the primary project manager and a key hands-on contributor for executive and investor reporting. You will personally build out the majority of presentation slides, manage the calendar of events and leadership reviews, and coordinate closely with the broader FP&A organization to gather and synthesize materials, narratives, and data.
  • Shape the Finance Data & Systems Agenda: Act as the strategic liaison between FP&A and our internal Corporate Engineering/IT teams. Leverage your system experience to meticulously structure our business requirements for long-term managerial reporting solutions, ensuring we build a standardized "single source of truth" without duplicating efforts or building shadow systems.
  • Collaborate on Managerial Reporting: Partner closely with the existing team to build and optimize managerial reporting, including contribution margin, unit economics, and other reporting needs. Provide critical coverage for these areas while actively working to transition manual reporting into automated, scalable solutions.
  • Execute Complex Modeling & Analytics: Build comprehensive cash flow models from scratch. Be highly hands-on and efficient in executing data queries to pull financial reports and synthesize findings into high-impact materials for executive consumption.

You have:
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 15-20+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a highly analytical business environment.
  • Data Querying Proficiency: Highly efficient and hands-on in querying data (SQL knowledge is highly preferred) to pull financial reports and manipulate large datasets independently.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing leadership reviews, taking detailed notes, and driving cross-functional follow-ups.
  • Strong foundational financial knowledge with a deep understanding of P&Ls in the ride-share, hardware, or mobility technology business.
  • Proven ability to build 3-statement financial models and cash flow models from scratch.

We prefer:
  • Experience and deep understanding of Cash forecast, driver-based forecasting models (e.g., Anaplan) and/or CapEx modeling.
  • Prior experience successfully translating finance business requirements to technical engineering teams to architect a "single source of truth" for a finance organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into a clear, visual story for executive decision-making.
  • A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, ready to roll up your sleeves in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication skills, Partnership and executive influence
