POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Development Manager role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development and sits at the intersection of M&A execution and strategic value creation, with responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle including sourcing opportunities, evaluating strategic fit, building financial models, conducting diligence, and supporting post-merger integration. In addition to deal work, the role contributes to broader finance-centric initiatives focused on accelerating revenue growth and improving margins, while also supporting the evolution of the company's product and service offerings to better align with and anticipate market demand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and detailed execution.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help source, structure, and manage M&A initiatives, leading execution across diligence, modeling, deal negotiation, and internal stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Finance Business Process Director to support integration efforts post-acquisition, ensuring both operational success and strategic value realization.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc strategic projects (e.g. market assessments, competitive analyses, build/buy/partner evaluations, M&A strategy).
  • Support the broader finance organization with execution of key cross-functional company-wide revenue optimization and margin improvement initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 - 8 years of investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, private equity
  • Comfortable with complex financial modelling and analyzing financial statements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Effective multi-tasking capability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong oral, written and communication skills
