The Role
  • Oversee all phases of M&A transaction execution (acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures) across WTW's global enterprise
  • Build detailed financial & operating models including valuation, merger consequences, trading comps, precedent transactions, DCF, NPV, and IRR analysis
  • Conduct due diligence process coordinating cross-functional teams internally and externally (e.g. finance, accounting, tax, HR, legal, strategy, operations, external advisors, etc.)
  • Perform in-depth company and industry research as part of strategic assessment of targets / landscape
  • Prepare business cases and management presentations for review by Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Support drafting and negotiation of term sheets, LOI's, and definitive agreements
  • Engage with WTW business leaders to develop M&A strategy, inorganic priorities, and playbook
  • Manage several projects at once ensuring timely execution by driving workflow and meeting deadlines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field

  • Insurance, financial and / or professional services industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
