Full Job Description
The Corporate Development Analyst supports the strategic deals side of the team, coordinating the partnerships, business development, and commercial transactions that expand Tenstorrent's reach. The role suits a highly organized early-career candidate who can manage many workstreams at once, keep deal processes on track, and support senior colleagues who work directly with the C-suite.

This role is remote, based out of Santa Clara,CA; Austin,TX; Boston,MA; Toronto,ON or New York, NY.

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to keep many workstreams moving without letting anything slip.
  • A clear communicator who coordinates smoothly across internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Analytically capable and comfortable working with data, research, and financial information.
  • Early in your career, eager to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interested in semiconductors, data centers, and AI.

What We Need
  • Coordinate deal processes end to end, from scheduling and trackers to follow-ups and document management.
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene across partnerships, business development, and strategic sales.
  • Prepare research, briefing notes, and meeting materials for the team and senior leadership.
  • Support diligence and data-room organization across active strategic deals.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications that keep deal workflows on schedule.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
