Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive work environment and focus on Twenty Four Seven Hotels' culture and guiding principles
  • Ensure the hotel provides the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike
  • Provide Leadership to the to drive sales, revenue, and employee engagement
  • Pick up and execute current projects
  • Provide updates and communicate with Corporate Leadership
  • Be ready to travel to any of the current or future properties in the Twenty Four Seven Hotel Portfolio

Education and Experience:
  • Experience as General Manager in select service and full service hotels alike, three years or more
  • Experience at a premium-branded, select-service hotel, required; Marriott experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and professional image
  • Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task on various job duties daily
  • Strong technology skills with a variety of systems - Brand PMS, Sales, Medallia, Quore, Profitsage
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel every week and for several weeks at a time
  • Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
