Position Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive work environment and focus on Twenty Four Seven Hotels' culture and guiding principles
- Ensure the hotel provides the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike
- Provide Leadership to the to drive sales, revenue, and employee engagement
- Pick up and execute current projects
- Provide updates and communicate with Corporate Leadership
- Be ready to travel to any of the current or future properties in the Twenty Four Seven Hotel Portfolio
Education and Experience:
- Experience as General Manager in select service and full service hotels alike, three years or more
- Experience at a premium-branded, select-service hotel, required; Marriott experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership and professional image
- Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task on various job duties daily
- Strong technology skills with a variety of systems - Brand PMS, Sales, Medallia, Quore, Profitsage
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel every week and for several weeks at a time
- Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
