Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school
• Board certification or eligibility in specialty, certification required within three years for recent graduates
• Completion of internship, residency, and optional fellowship
• Unrestricted New Hampshire medical license
• Unrestricted DEA certificate
• CPR with AED certification within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on age-specific needs
• Support and align with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values
• Complete all charting and paperwork according to organizational standards
• Participate in shared night and weekend call schedule as required
• Provide oversight of clinical services in coordination with practice manager
• Supervise clinical staff such as NPs and PAs as needed
• Engage in business development and operational planning
• Stay informed on best practices and incorporate them into clinical procedures
• Participate in the organization's quality and risk management program
• Fulfill specialty-specific responsibilities as required
• Perform additional duties as needed
