What we need
COCC is seeking a Conversion Manager to support and lead client conversion efforts while developing a high performing team. This role is ideal for someone with financial services experience who enjoys guiding others, managing complex workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert for client implementations.
What You\'ll do
• Support and lead all aspects of client conversions to COCC products and services
• Supervise and develop a team including approving timecards and conducting performance evaluations
• Deliver training programs and materials for both clients and internal staff
• Prepare and distribute policies and procedures for the conversion team
• Establish, monitor, and report on department expenses
• Participate in hiring, reviews, and performance planning for team members
• Organize and lead client and internal meetings on a regular basis
• Coordinate communication between clients and COCC departments
• Identify and manage required vendor interfaces
• Document action items aligned with standards and processes
• Perform data analysis and review during pre conversion, mock, and live conversion phases
• Provide training and support to financial institutions during conversion
• Translate technical concepts into user friendly language
• Update and enhance internal training programs as products evolve
• Participate in ongoing professional and technical development
• Communicate problems and improvement requests to management
What You\'ll Bring
• Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services industry
• Prior conversion experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
• Ability to analyze data and define product build requirements
• Knowledge of deposit operations functions
• Experience with COCC INSIGHT or Fiserv DNA core systems a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of SQL and database query tools
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
The salary range for this job is $95700 - $143500. This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT.
