WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Control Systems Engineer III you will lead the design, development, and optimization of control systems for Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) products. This senior-level position involves overseeing complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the integration of control systems with mechanical and software components.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Control System Design: Spearhead the design and development of advanced control systems for DLC products, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. 
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. 
  • System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and software components, ensuring seamless operation. 
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. 
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all control system designs and implementations are thoroughly documented and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability. 

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a focus on system design, integration, and optimization. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. 
  • PLC Expertise: Extensive experience with PLC hardware and software from leading manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Unitronics). 
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in PLC systems (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text). 
  • System Integration: Experience in integrating control systems with mechanical and software components. 
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or similar professional credentials. 
  • Advanced Tools: Proficiency in developing P&IDs using AutoCAD Revit. 
  • Safety Standards: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to industrial automation. 
  • Design Tools: Experience with Altium for developing electrical schematics. 
  • Documentation Tools: Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit for developing P&IDs. 
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers. 
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges. 
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and technological advancements.
