JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Associate Control Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) organization, you will support the control management team by partnering with stakeholders to analyze risks, identify gaps, and assist in designing and monitoring controls using digital tools and data analytics. You will support Risk & Control Self-Assessments and control program initiatives while building expertise in automation, AI/ML, and LLM practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the business’srisk and control environment,spot gaps and new risks, anddig into the root causes of issues.
  • Supportdesign,implement, andmonitor controlsusingdigital tools,automation, anddata analyticsto support aforward-thinking risk culture.
  • Dive intoprogram data(likeKRI/KPI), useanalytics and visualization tools, andcreate reportsthat help drivesmart decisions.
  • SupportRisk & Control Self-Assessmentsbycollecting information for process walkthroughs and mapping exerciseswith business units.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 3+ years in financial services, with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
