Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

This analyst level position will require strong skills in project & process management, problem solving, building & managing relationships, negotiation, and strategic thinking. This person is responsible for supporting the contracting program and the platforms that support it. In addition to field sales, this position will interface with Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing and other functional areas to ensure contracting and pricing consistency across the organization. This position must ensure all supported activities are managed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. The individual in this role must be flexible to changing priorities and able to work with limited supervision.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the contracting function to ensure consistent, timely and accurate processing of pricing agreements, business associate agreements, and other related contracts
  • Execute on new account activations and shepherd applicable processes
  • Support the contract administration of new products
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide superior customer service and quality assurance support regarding terms, pricing, and membership.
  • Assist in the contract administration of government and strategic account contracts
  • Manage the data entry of contracts and pricing into contract management systems
  • Maintenance and review of membership changes to key health systems to ensure proper contract access and correct reporting
  • Suggest and execute reporting enhancements that improve contracting health
  • Support response to pricing platforms such as med approved, greenlight medical, ironclad
  • Ensure all contract response documents are up to date, track expirations and renewals
  • Maintenance, tracking and recording of letters of commitment as applicable for major contracts
  • Implement contracting process and policies consistent with Inspire's businesses needs and strategic direction
  • Understand and comply with all laws, regulations and/or company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred
  • Masters degree in a related field such as Business Administration

Required Experience:
  • 3 or more years' experience in one or more of the following fields: Sales Operations, Contracting and Pricing, Sales, Marketing.
  • Demonstrated skill in the areas of: project management, building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of computer databases and systems
  • Proficient in MS Excel as well as MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to complete assignments of increasing complexity
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects

Preferred Experience:
  • Multiple years of experience with pricing and contracting in the medical device industry
  • Proficient in one or more data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Previous or current experience with one or more customer relationship management systems such as MS Dynamics or SalesForce.

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Salary

$75,000-$95,000 USD
