Clearance Requirement: Candidates must have an active Top Secret clearance at the time of application, and must be SCI eligible. If a candidate does not have a current CI Polygraph (adjudicated within the past 5 years) they must be willing and able to complete one within the first 90 days of employment

Position Overview: ZenPoint Solutions is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Contractor and a Department of War agency's Integrated Mission Unified Acquisition (IMUA) office. This dedicated leader is responsible for directing and administering all program tasks, ensuring execution within budget and schedule. The CPM will maintain subject matter expertise of relevant federal agency programs at programmatic and technical levels.

This position is contingent upon the successful award of a government contract and subsequent government approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program & Contract Execution: Oversee all contract and subcontract activities, including performance, personnel management, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications.
  • Government Liaison: Maintain proactive communication with the COR and Government PM, providing updates on risks, issues, and resolution plans.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Oversee financial reporting, monitor burn rates, and ensure all SOW tasks remain within budget.
  • Deliverables (CDRL) Management: Ensure timely delivery of all Contract Data Requirements Lists, including financial/staffing reports and Program Management Reviews.
  • Quality & Risk Control: Manage programmatic risks and ensure subcontractor capabilities are effectively integrated.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience within the Department of War


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Education: Master's or PhD in a business-related field
  • Certifications: PMP or comparable certification
  • Demonstrated Scale: Proven experience managing large-scale programs (200+ FTEs)


Compensation: The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
