Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

What you will enjoy doing*

  • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • You will solve complex problems through data and analysis, digging into the root causes of issues and developing practical, effective solutions
  • Using your technical expertise, you will improve processes and systems, finding ways to make work simpler, more efficient, and more consistent
  • You will create clear documentation and structure, enabling teams to follow processes with confidence and clarity
  • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, building alignment and driving change through strong communication and shared goals
  • Further, you will lead improvement initiatives, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods to achieve meaningful results
  • You will bring organization and accountability to projects, planning work, anticipating risks, and ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • In addition, you will help teams adopt new practices, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure improvements stick over the long term
  • You will deliver measurable business impact, focusing on improvements that generate clear performance gains and meaningful outcomes


What makes you great

  • You will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Control, or related discipline
  • More than five (5+) years of formal Continuous Improvement Engineer experience in an Industrial / Manufacturing environment
  • Proven data driven experience using data analysis and statistical tools, work combination charts, and value stream mapping
  • You have deep knowledge of Kaizen, TPM, and 5S methodologies
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, it is preferred that you have prior experience with Upland PowerSteering Productivity software, but it is not required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related qualifications preferred
