Full Job Description
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Green Belt / Analyst dedicated to lead business improvement projects throughout the organization, as well as to energize the organization using Lean Sigma tools to positively impact Cost, Quality, Delivery Performance, Inventory, Cash and Customer Satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
• Reporting operational key performance indicators on a regular basis
• Supporting Local and Global Continuous Improvement Leadership with upcoming requests
• Leading/facilitating improvement related events such as Kaizen, problem solving workshops, Innovation week, QRQC Days, etc
• Facilitating/Organizing site visits related to Continuous Improvement
• Overseeing/supporting improvement activities ensuring the effective utilization of the Lean-Sigma toolset and compliance with SAFRAN standards where applicable.
• Overseeing/supporting activities related to employee engagement & empowerment in improvement ensuring compliance with SAFRAN standards where applicable.
• Participate as a Member of the site and Lean-Sigma community.
• Coaching/mentoring interns as required
• Supporting Black Belts and Continuous Improvement Manager in achieving operational excellence
• Leading continuous improvement projects, workshops
• Attending/Actively supporting QRQCs throughout the operational teams
• Leading/Supporting One Safran waves
• Act as focal point for Continuous Improvements methodologies and tools such as 5S, IMPROVE, Fabriq, PowerBi
Candidate skills & requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement in an industrial domain
• Capable to speak with any level of the organization
• Solid Project Management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies, toolsets, DMAIC
• Training and facilitating skills with experience in coaching/mentoring/training and influencing decision-making
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change management
• Advanced knowledge of software including Excel, Visio, Power-BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Sharepoint and TEAMs applications
• Knowledge and related work in AI would be an asset
• Experience working in an aerospace sector is an asset

Salary: $78,100 to $97,600
