You'll work closely with design, move quickly, and focus on clarity over polish.

What you'll doCreate content dailyTurn ideas into posts - text-first, carousels, short-form video - across our social media accounts. The bar is emotional precision, not production value.
Build and run the systemOwn the content calendar. Maintain a steady pipeline from idea to draft to publish. We'll be moving at high velocity during the launch phase - expect 2-3 posts per day early on, settling into a sustainable rhythm as we learn what works.
Direct the visual languagePartner with internal and external designers to translate copy into clean, repeatable visual formats. Keep things consistent without letting them go stale. Clarity and identity over perfection.
Track what's workingWatch shares, saves, and engagement patterns. Identify what's breaking through and why. Refine tone and format over time based on what you find - not just instinct, but evidence.
Work with creatorsFind and collaborate with creators who genuinely get Ash's voice. Translate our formats into collaborative content. The goal is resonance, not reach.
