You'll lead and support a range of signature initiatives, including employee giving, fundraising, volunteering, recognition, and community events, while ensuring strong execution, consistent messaging, and an excellent participant experience. You'll work closely with internal partners, executives, and external charitable organizations to build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and support CIBC's brand and community goals. You'll also use reporting, analysis, and budget tracking to measure outcomes, inform decisions, and continuously improve programs and partnerships.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
