What you'll be doing

The Consultant, Procurement Operations Governance will be managing a number of key governance and operational processes within Procurement Operations. The Consultant will be the key resource in running the World Check 1 supplier monitoring tool, analyzing and addressing negative news alerts on our current supplier base. Additionally, you will oversee the World Check 1 Business Managed Technology, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and risk mitigation. You will also manage the Procurement Policy & Methodology Mailbox, which includes responsibility for the Gifts & Entertainment process to address Culture Risk inquiries. In support of the Procurement team, you will assist in the implementation and ongoing management of the closure of any identified compliance issues. Your thought leadership skills, relationship building acumen, and strong knowledge of governance practices will be relied upon to not only help close those gaps but offer solutions, develop processes, and build procedures with an eye to avoiding issues occurring in the future.

  • Administration & Analytical Thinking – Analyze sizable datasets, identify gaps in governance practices, and manage multiple issues to closure with attention to detail and ownership.
