Help financial services organizations turn complex transformation challenges into practical, lasting change.

The Role

As a Consultant within our Banking & Payments practice, you'll support the delivery of financial transformation initiatives for leading financial services organizations. Working across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams, you'll help understand current-state challenges, define requirements, and shape practical future-state solutions.

You'll combine business analysis and consulting skills with effective stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate change and translate complex business problems into clear, actionable outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Support financial transformation initiatives across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams.
  • Analyze current-state processes, gather business requirements, assess gaps, and help define practical future-state solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, issues, and decisions.
  • Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, communications, training support, and adoption planning.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, process flows, presentations, recommendations, and other client-ready deliverables.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
