What you'll be doing

The Consultant, Digital Platforms & Insights, reports to the Chapter Lead - Digital Platforms and contributes to cross-functional squad projects that deliver Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. This role brings platform, data, and measurement expertise to help squads plan, implement, validate, and optimize scalable Adobe experiences across digital channels.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed:

  • Deliver Adobe experience projects - Support squad delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, tagging, personalization, and related integrations. Translate business goals into clear platform, data, and measurement requirements.
  • Enable squad execution - Partner with product, technology, analytics, marketing, and governance teams to manage scope, dependencies, risks, testing, validation, reporting, and optimization across delivery workstreams.
  • Strengthen chapter capability - Share subject matter expertise, reusable standards, documentation, and best practices that improve delivery consistency, platform adoption, and client experience outcomes.


Who you are

  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in digital experience, analytics, personalization, MarTech delivery, or related platform implementation work.
  • You understand Adobe and MarTech platforms. You have experience with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, digital data collection, tagging, campaign tracking, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and client journey optimization.
  • You are technically fluent. You can work with platform architecture, data development, integration concepts, QA, and validation; experience with JavaScript, SQL, Python, R, or ObservePoint is an asset.
  • You are a strong consultant and communicator. You can simplify complex platform and data topics, present clear recommendations, influence stakeholders, and support decision-making across teams.
  • You thrive in agile delivery. You are comfortable working in a chapter model while contributing to squad priorities and balancing reusable standards with project-specific needs.
  • You bring the right foundation. A degree in business, mathematics, marketing, finance, information management, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required; a Master's degree is an asset.
