About the RoleThe main function of a construction supervisor/manager - production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Job TitleConstruction Safety Manager (Data Center)
Key Responsibilities- Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
Minimum Qualifications- Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Desired Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience required.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $1160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
