Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution.
- Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.
- Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related 4-year degree.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience; experience in food and beverage or cold storage is strongly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and effective in keeping all critical project aspects up to date.
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or other scheduling software.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to travel to nation-wide project sites, estimated 25% time
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
Compensation Range: $130k - $150k
Other Compensation: Eligible for an annual bonus
