Position Title: Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to support multiple Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and administration required to keep commercial construction projects organized and moving forward. This role will manage subcontractor documentation, bids and proposals, permits, RFIs, change orders, materials, project records, kickoffs, and closeouts while maintaining consistent communication with vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and reliable, with hands-on construction coordination experience and the ability to work independently with minimal training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is ready to take ownership of their work and contribute within an experienced project team.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / Year, DOE
Responsibilities - Support multiple Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across active construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractor paperwork, documentation, and project requirements
- Assist with bids, proposals, project kickoffs, and project closeouts
- Track permits, RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation
- Coordinate materials and deliveries to support project schedules
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project records
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams to keep multiple projects organized and on schedule
Requirements - High school diploma required
- 1-2+ years of relevant construction coordination or project support experience
- Experience performing similar responsibilities with the ability to work independently and require minimal training
- Commercial construction experience preferred, with multifamily construction experience also considered
- Experience using Viewpoint, Procore, or comparable construction management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and competing priorities across multiple projects
- Self-driven, reliable, and accountable approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
