Summary:

The Compensation Analyst, Senior (Senior Analyst) is a key member of the Compensation Team and has shared accountability for the success of the function. The Compensation Analyst, Senior works under general supervision and assists in the administration of all employee and provider pay programs in accordance with the compensation design process, standard operating procedures and company policies.

Reporting to the AVP, Compensation, The Senior Analyst leads team projects, reviews and recommends modifications to practice and policy based on changing market and/or economic conditions that impact pay policy. The Senior Analyst routinely partners and works in concert with other HR functions (e.g., HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRIS) to advance the HR and Compensation strategy.

The Senior Analyst maintains an understanding of and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employment and wage and hour laws. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating Human Capital systems software as evident by prior work experience (e.g., Lawson, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating compensation competencies such as job analysis, job evaluation and market pricing as indicated by prior work experience
  • High School Diploma
