What you'll doSupport the Communications team by producing on-brand visual content for social, digital, media, internal channels and more. This role turns messages and briefs into clear, engaging graphics - infographics, social posts, video graphics, and edited photography - working under the direction of communications leads to keep content consistent, timely, and audience-ready.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Communications AI Systems & Social Production .
Responsibility- Design social-first graphics and post templates for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and X, sized and adapted for each format
- Build simple infographics and data visualizations that translate information into clear, accessible visuals
- Create lower-third titles, captions, thumbnails, and supporting graphics for video content
- Perform photo editing, retouching, cropping, and color correction for use across social and communications channels
- Adapt and resize existing assets into multiple layouts, formats, and channel specifications
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables to ensure visual consistency
- Support the wider team on presentations, email graphics, signage, and event collateral as needed
- Deliver assigned design tasks accurately and on deadline, incorporating feedback through multiple rounds of revision
- Keep files, versions, and asset libraries organized and correctly named
- Collaborate with communications, social, and creative colleagues to understand each brief before starting work
- Flag risks to timelines or quality early and proactively ask for direction when scope is unclear
- Stay current on social platform formats, trends, and creative best practices

What you bringBasic- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field - or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating comparable skill
- 5+ years of design experience, including internships, freelance, or academic project work
- Portfolio demonstrating social graphics, infographics, and layout work across multiple formats
Preferred- Experience designing for social media
- Strong visual eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage several small projects at once
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn from senior team members
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary
Washington: $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
