- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
- Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:
- Strategic business analysis, including market analysis or evaluation of business models and KPIs
- Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems
- Data analysis, including creating complex data sets, data modeling, and strategic reporting
- Presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership or executive influencing.
- Project management of multi-stakeholder initiatives, including risk mitigation.
About the jobThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,550 - $222,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Synthesize actionable insights from sophisticated business modeling and data analysis to develop hypotheses and inform strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Lead the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives by creating actionable plans, defining project scope, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and manage operational cadences, processes, and programs to establish strong business rigor and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for recommended courses of action. Cultivate trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion business objectives and ensure collaborative execution on critical programs.
