About The Role:As the
Commercial Program Manager at
Feastables, you will own the day-to-day execution of product commercialization across the business. You will be the operational engine that keeps new products moving from concept to shelf, ensuring every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard.
This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution - driving alignment across teams, resolving risks before they become problems, and ensuring every stakeholder has the visibility they need to move fast.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch
- Own project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership
- Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, r&d, design, sales, marketing, finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned
- Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions
Recipe for Success:- 5-7 years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong cross-functional communicator - comfortable working with both creative and operational teams
- Extreme ownership mentality - you don't wait for someone else to fix a problem
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action; you keep things moving without losing accuracy
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
- Packaging or supply chain experience is a plus
