Ideally, you have experience leveraging data and AI-driven insights to drive customer growth and retention.

The ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment is important. We also value the ability to evangelize an evolving, AI-powered product that provides real value to (both!) technical and non-technical audiences. A value-based sales approach and "first on the ground" experience is a major advantage.

  • Manage complex account lifecycles, owning renewals and expansions while driving a "land-and-expand" strategy
  • Act as a consultative thought partner to customers, aligning ThoughtSpot's AI-driven analytics capabilities to business goals and measurable outcomes
  • Leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize customer engagements at scale, dynamically tailoring outreach, enablement, and account strategies
  • Harness AI-driven insights to identify expansion opportunities, adoption gaps, and potential risks across your portfolio
  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform account planning, forecast growth, and develop differentiated value propositions for each customer
  • Partner closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Adoption, Product, and Leadership teams to execute coordinated, data-informed account strategies
  • Maintain strategic oversight of assigned accounts, ensuring engagements achieve intended business outcomes and ROI
  • Deliver impactful business reviews and enablement sessions, using data and AI insights to tell a compelling value story
  • Continuously refine engagement strategies by leveraging AI-powered analytics on customer usage, engagement trends, and success metrics
  • Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., conversational AI, predictive analytics, autonomous agents) to enhance customer engagement and scale impact

What You Bring:
  • Proven track record of expanding relationships and driving revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience handling and closing negotiations at scale with rapid pace, particularly across renewals and expansions
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies
  • Track record of driving measurable results through data-driven and AI-informed account management approaches
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to map customer needs to strategic, outcome-based solutions
  • Experience managing stakeholders across technical, business, and executive levels
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive mutual, data-backed account plans
  • Passion for helping customers solve problems with technology, particularly through modern data and AI platforms
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and desire to continuously learn-especially within evolving AI and analytics landscapes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes
  • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to deeply understand analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and modern data ecosystems

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $100k - $145k in most U.S. locations.

Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.
