JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy, you will lead the design, testing, and optimization of end0to0end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets. You0ll combine analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to lift right0party contact (RPC), increase recovery rates, reduce roll0forward, and lower unit costs00while shaping a digital0first engagement model. You will be responsible for growing strategic client relationships, leading consulting engagements, managing high-performing teams, driving thought leadership, and delivering measurable business impact.

Work Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Salary Range: $150K/Yr - $170K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

  • Own delivery, client relationships, and business growth
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
