Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Coding Integrity & National Strategy Sr. Principal to lead the Sales execution and drive commercialization efforts with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) health plans. This role is ideal for a sales leader who blends deep healthcare knowledge with a strong track record in enterprise sales, GTM planning, and product positioning in complex payer environments.
Collaborate with product, marketing,legalandoperationsteams to align messaging, packaging, and market entry strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS), and competitive landscape.
The posting range for this position is:
192,000.00 - 264,000.00

Strong understanding of payer operations, value-based care, population health, and quality improvement metrics.
Maintain controls,reportingand transparency necessary tocomply withcustomer and BCBSA confidentiality, HIPAA,PHIand PII standards, as well as SOC2 andHiTrustcertifications.
