Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), spend management, budget planning cycles, or related consulting functions.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboard creation tools to drive insights.
  • Understanding of the Cloud/Software industry, including its various roles and incentive structures.
  • Ability to grow and drive results in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with excellent investigative skills.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to set objectives, build long-term cross-functional relationships, and present to executive management.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Cloud Marketing Data Analytics, Regional Marketing and Finance teams to plan, forecast, and analyze marketing spend and impact.
  • Help drive Annual Planning approach and process, collaborating with cross-functional business partners.
  • Develop quarterly financial review packages and other business review materials to surface financial insights and evaluate/prioritize investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the marketing investment allocation framework to drive standardization of cost allocations to enhance the robustness of Marketing Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
  • Build and scale new investigative capabilities through automated reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency of the Cloud Marketing Finance team.
