Job DescriptionThe Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using the evidence, technology, and internal and external constituent feedback, to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives.
This role will lead and serve as an expert resource, while working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues, to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of each component of the STOC's program.
This role will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate the processes necessary on an ongoing basis to reach effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes.
This role will oversee effective compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements in an efficient, effective and highly reliable manner.
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. If the bachelor's degree is not in Nursing, then the master's degree must be in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 3 years of Leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or closely related field (degree earned, or actively in process)
- Coursework/Training: If Master's degree does not have an educational focus, additional educational academic experience.
- 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning, execution.
- 5 years of experience in large, complex program management roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
