Position Summa ry :

The Clinical Operations Manager • Specialty Practices is responsible for the overall operational management of assigned specialty practices. The position provides leadership and oversight for both clinical and patient access staff and works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and organizational departments to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, accessible, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include management of daily practice operations, staffing, patient flow, patient access, provider support, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, employee development, financial and operational performance, and process improvement.

The Clinical Operations Manager evaluates the operational needs of assigned practices and develops and implements processes to improve patient care, access, efficiency, staff performance, patient satisfaction, and overall practice performance.

The Clinical Operations Manager works under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services • Outpatient Clinics and collaborates with other Clinical Operations Managers to promote consistency, standardization, teamwork, and effective operations throughout the Specialty Practices.

The specific specialty practices assigned to the Clinical Operations Manager may be adjusted based on organizational needs, staffing, provider availability, practice growth, and other operational considerations.
