The
Clinical Manager of Crisis Services will lead SRPMIC's
24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Mobile Team, work closely with Crisis Stabilization leadership, and help strengthen a coordinated crisis continuum rooted in clinical excellence, strong partnerships, culture, and compassion.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:- Leading and managing Mobile Crisis teams
- Building strong relationships with Police, Fire, EMS, hospitals, and first responders
- Warm Line, crisis access, early-intervention, or diversion services
- Crisis stabilization, behavioral health emergency response, or co-response models
- Developing high-performing teams through coaching, supervision, and accountability
- Improving systems, workflows, outcomes, and the overall experience of crisis care
- Building innovative, culturally responsive behavioral health programs
You will oversee crisis operations, support complex clinical decision-making, strengthen partnerships across Behavioral Health Services and the community, track outcomes and performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve how people move through the crisis system.

relationship, dignity, culture, safety, connection, and hope.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field
- Independent Arizona license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- At least three years of full-time supervisory experience in a behavioral health crisis setting, program, and/or agency
- Ability to provide leadership within a 24/7 crisis environment, including nights, weekends, holidays, or emergency situations when needed
