Team Overview
The Client Value Executive - Financial Services role is a client-facing sales and account management role partners closely with Client Executives to drive client satisfaction, support product implementation, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The position serves as a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients, leveraging strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize product adoption and deliver value. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Executives to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support business development efforts by collaborating with Industry Executives, product teams, and cross-functional partners to identify and advance sales opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption and implementation, serving as a key point of contact for clients to resolve issues, address usage gaps, and deliver ongoing support.
  • Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while capturing client feedback, maintaining Salesforce data integrity, and coordinating reporting and account support activities.


Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service to business clients.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and successfully resolve client and account issues.
  • Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations, leveraging internal partnerships and resources to support customers and drive business outcomes.
  • Preferred background in Financial Services, Salesforce, and data-driven insights, with the ability to effectively communicate TransUnion's value proposition and business impact

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $105,000 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
