Client Solutions Partner, Oncology - West

Labcorp is seeking an Client Solutions Partner, Oncology to join our team in the West territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts with full accountability for retention and growth


  • Prioritize account stability by proactively identifying risks and addressing gaps in performance


  • Maintain and expand existing revenue streams through disciplined account management


  • Drive deliberate upsell of the combined Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan portfolio within current accounts


  • Expand adoption of hereditary cancer testing across appropriate patient populations and providers


  • Increase utilization of oncology diagnostics by identifying unmet clinical and operational needs


  • Grow share of volume by deepening penetration across service lines, departments, and care pathways


  • Develop and execute account plans focused on maximizing testing volume across oncology and hereditary cancer


  • Analyze ordering patterns, provider behavior, and utilization trends to identify targeted expansion opportunities


  • Focus on high-impact actions that drive measurable growth within the existing customer base


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including Health Systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators


  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across clinical and operational teams


  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance, utilization trends, and opportunities to optimize care delivery


  • Lead implementation and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within existing accounts


  • Ensure successful integration into clinical workflows to support sustained utilization


  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve account performance


  • Drive increased and appropriate utilization of testing aligned to clinical guidelines and patient populations


  • Position the combined oncology and HerCan portfolio as a comprehensive solution for patient care


  • Reinforce value through provider education, data insights, and workflow alignment


  • Partner closely with Specialty Development Executives (SDEs) to support expansion opportunities within existing systems


  • Reinforce and sustain growth initiated by SDE activity through ongoing account ownership and utilization efforts


  • Coordinate engagement across roles to ensure clarity and consistency in account strategy


  • Collaborate with the National Accounts team to align with enterprise-level strategies and support system-wide initiatives


  • Execute locally to drive pull-through of broader health system priorities


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent


  • 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or similar client-facing role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree


  • 3 years of relevant experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services

About the Role

The Client Solutions Partner, Oncology is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a defined portfolio of existing key accounts, with a primary focus on maximizing utilization of the combined Labcorp Oncology and Invitae Hereditary Cancer (HerCan) testing portfolio.

This role is accountable for driving retention, increasing share of wallet, and expanding adoption of integrated oncology and genetic testing solutions within existing customers. The Client Solutions Partner, Oncology serves as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring consistent performance, strong customer satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth.

The position is remote and requires strong field engagement, with up to 75% travel to support in-person account management, provider engagement, and implementation efforts.

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
