Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for shaping national workplace experiences that drive service, productivity, and client satisfaction? Do you excel in fast-paced, legal services environments where your expertise enhances Reception/Conference Services, IG, and Office Services? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a National Workplace Experience Manager supporting a leading law firm!

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and inspire a high-performing team in the corporate space, fostering a culture of collaboration with business, continuous improvement, and excellence.
  • Use knowledge of Hospitality and luxury experiences within these associated corporate services lines - reception, records, and office services to ensure all services are elevated and incorporate the above and beyond mentality
  • Identify opportunities to enhance & expand services, streamline processes, and maintain top-tier service delivery.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their evolving workplace needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and operational success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce innovative workplace strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term success.
