The ole

The Client Portfolio Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing the investor experience for WTW Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) clients including:
  • Lead relationships for custom solution and fund only clients
  • Collaborate with the investment consulting team to support the client management needs for Advisory + fund clients (and custom solutions as appropriate)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for investor questions and facilitate connectivity with the right center of knowledge
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and requests
  • Identify potential opportunities for relationship expansion
  • Participate in new business opportunities (support SPS growth function), with an emphasis on private markets
  • Identify areas for operational and service efficiencies
  • Oversee and manage the production of fund investor collateral (Quarterly Investment Reporting, fact sheet, custom reports) and manage the processes for delivering to investors.
  • Key contribution annually will be the coordination with Research and the Portfolio Management Group to execute the SPS annual content plan.

Qualifications

The Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required; relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, FSA, MSc, and MBA are preferred
  • Five or more years of progressive investment experience, ideally gained in a client-service oriented environment (consulting, investment management or portfolio management)
  • Excellent client focus and a record of supporting the management of client relationships
  • Strong technical skills related to asset / liability-based investment strategies, including liability relative risk management; familiarity with customized stochastic modeling tools preferred
  • Understanding of investment management organizations and their role in client solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external constituencies
  • Team player comfortable in a professional services environment with the ability to communicate effectively internally & externally at appropriate levels
  • Willingness to mentor junior colleagues to assist in developing our talent pool
  • Moderate travel required

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130,000.00 to $160,000.00.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
