The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, sales-savvy Client Partner with Integrated Digital Marketing knowledge to champion the growth of our enterprise client relationships. In this role, you will be at the intersection of business strategy, client relations, and account growth. You are a trusted advisor and confidant to your stakeholders helping Directors, VPs, CMOs, CIOs, and other marketing operations teams navigate complex digital transformations and enhancements. You stand as the "voice of the customer" to your Munvo leadership, putting their needs at the forefront, identifying opportunities for your clients to unlock the full value of their MarTech stack, nurturing and closing upsell opportunities.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $95,000-$110,000 annually + commissions, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.
Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, fostering deep, long-term partnerships as the "voice of the customer" between your stakeholders and your Munvo counterparts.
- Account Growth & Mapping: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client pain points and mapping them to our implementation, consulting, and managed services. Identifying, mapping and winning an audience with new decision makers to grow our footprint within an account is a must.
- Strategic Advisory: Guide clients on their Integrated Digital Marketing roadmap, ensuring they are effectively leveraging Agentic AI solutions within, but lot limited to, platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, SAS, GCP, etc.) to meet their business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our solution architects, product partners, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. It is critical to maintain and foster good client relationships for stability and longevity of account value.
- Financial Management: Oversee account profitability, contract renewals, SOWs, and revenue forecasting to keep alignment with your revenue targets.
Requirements: - Experience: 3+ years of account management or client partner experience, specifically within an Integrated Digital Marketing consulting firm, digital agency, or marketing technology partner.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: A strong motivation to identify and pursue sales opportunities to hit revenue targets.
- Enterprise Business Acumen: Proven track record of managing and expanding $500k+ enterprise client portfolios, navigating complex corporate structures, and stakeholder management.
- Industry Knowledge: A foundational knowledge of the enterprise Martech tools and concepts (CDPs, marketing automation, Agentic AI, personalization engines, etc.). The easier you can grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, the more you will excel in the role.
- Executive Management: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language for executive stakeholders both online and in-person.
- Cross-Functional Management: An ability to oversee and be accountable for technical consultants and architects across accounts to continue delivering value to clients and further strengthening the likelihood of opportunities for growth and strong client relations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Haves: - Certifications / Sales Accreditations in enterprise MarTech platforms (Adobe Certified Expert, Salesforce Certified Marketer, etc.).
- Experience with Marketing technology such as Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Google, Redpoint, and SAS.
