Full Job Description
Meta is seeking a Client Partner with a track record of proactively identifying growth opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes with experience in strategic planning, operational rigor, and a track record of consistent execution against defined goals. The Client Partner for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and vision setting relationship owner with our top auto advertisers where trust is built on platform mastery combined with a demonstrated understanding of client business models, goals, and competitive landscapes. The role will focus on building key strategic external and internal cross-functional relationships including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product. Success in this position will consist of driving meaningful revenue growth, developing executive client influence, planning and leading long-term vision for our client's success on the platform through a consultative sales approach, as well as prioritizing competing workstreams and delivering results within defined timelines in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive step-change investment growth
• Cultivate executive relationships externally as well as horizontal relationships beyond core marketing teams both internally and externally
• Identify, develop, and lead new business growth opportunities by translating client business goals into tailored Meta advertising solutions
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution and communicating transparently throughout
• Lead complex, multi-workstream account initiatives from start to finish, aligning internal teams including product, data science, and engineering to deliver against client objectives
• Develop insight-backed business cases using data visualization and platform analytics to influence client investment decisions and shape joint partnership goals
• Contribute to the team and organizational strategy by sharing account learnings, identifying market trends, and helping to set cross-team priorities
• Leverage AI tools to redesign client planning and reporting workflows, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and quality of strategic outputs
• Coach peers on optimizing account management processes and simplifying ways of working across the client partnership team
• Represent client needs internally to influence Meta's advertising product roadmap and ensure that the platform solutions align with evolving advertiser priorities
• Understand and drive adoption of key marketing research and measurement tools that help clients understand the impact of Meta's products and solutions
• Partner with media agencies and build relationships with agency decision makers to identify joint growth opportunities
• Travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or client-facing strategy roles with demonstrated revenue impact
• 8+ years of experience in managing and growing complex advertiser relationships, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience advising and influencing executives and clients on strategic business decisions influencing executives and clients
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in developing and presenting data-driven business cases and strategic account plans to influence client investment decisions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering, to deliver integrated client solutions
• Experience navigating ambiguous, fast-changing business environments and identifying risk mitigation strategies across large-scale accounts
• Understanding of the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives
• Experience developing deep product knowledge and applying it alongside an understanding of client systems to develop and execute large-scale, long-term advertising solutions

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into client planning, reporting, or workflow processes to drive measurable efficiency or quality improvements
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Track record of coaching peers or contributing to team-wide process improvements in a client partnership or sales organization
• Experience managing advertising partnerships at scale within a major digital or social media platform environment
• Experience influencing product or platform roadmap decisions based on synthesized client feedback and market insights
