About the Role

Our Business Development team owns the relationships that drive Polymarket's growth. As we scale to handle billions in trading volume, we need someone who can own a portfolio of high-volume traders and be accountable for their engagement, retention, and growth.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll be the human face of Polymarket for our most important users. You'll acquire new traders, onboard them personally, and keep them active through proactive relationship management. When something breaks, you get the first call. When major events go live, you're already reaching out.

What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of high-volume traders and take accountability for their trading, satisfaction, and retention
  • Acquire new high-volume traders through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted initiatives, then convert them into active platform participants
  • Reactivate dormant traders by identifying blockers and targeting based on various initiatives
  • Resolve friction points quickly and act as the bridge between traders and our product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Surface feedback from your portfolio to internal teams and advocate for improvements that benefit our customers
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in sales, relationship management, trading desk support, customer success, or similar role with direct performance accountability
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound and inbound communication via text, calls, and DMs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build trust quickly and follow through reliably
  • Highly organized and self-directed approach to managing a book of clients without needing detailed playbooks
  • Results-driven mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity metrics
  • (Plus) Background in prediction markets, sports betting, or trading
  • (Plus) Experience in crypto or web3 industry
  • (Plus) Previously owned and managed a book of high-volume trading clients
