Your job - Mobilize various subject matter experts to design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

- Participate in peer reviews and support fellow architects when they require assistance.
- Simplify and promote the architecture governance process among project teams.
- Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of the solution architecture practice.
- Evaluate implementation and maintenance costs of proposed solutions.
- Stay informed of technological trends and understand their impact on business processes and applications, communicating these impacts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of planning exercises (SAFe PI Planning).
- Ensure the successful delivery of activities under your responsibility, from development through production deployment, while maintaining high-quality technology solutions.

Prerequisites - Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Solutions Architect within the financial services industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with systems integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, ESBs, Kafka, and similar technologies.
- Experience with Java, Kafka, and Kubernetes is considered an asset.
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Sybase, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of security concepts and standards, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
- Experience with AWS cloud solutions (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification is an asset).
Languages: English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
