Drive Operational Excellence- Oversee the company's manufacturing and operational functions through their respective Directors.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, processes, and systems.

Help Us Grow- Build the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities needed to support continued growth.

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can see the big picture and understands what it takes to make things happen.
You bring:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, or a related field.
- Senior leadership experience with responsibility for multiple functions and teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
- A track record of developing leaders and creating accountability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading continuous improvement and operational change.
- Medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with quality management systems and medical device regulatory requirements is preferred.
